The stock oem front 19 inch wheel is fitted with a 120x70-19 tire.

This calculator shows that the 130x60-19 is almost identical to the 130x90-16 that comes on the Classic.
The 120x70-19 is a little taller and narrower.The side wall measurements are different,

The mag wheel option only shows a 19 inch wheel for the front(aftermarket to catch up). I like the extra meat of the 130x80-16 so the 130x60-19 would be a good choice.
Lastly,My Indian has the 130x90-19 & 180x60-16r(little wider & less diameter than a 180x65-16) on the rear.I had the new Metzeler Cruisetec Tires installed this summer.Really nice handling and ride with the mileage looking good so far.Work great in the rain.I've used Michelin over the last 10 years and they are great tires too.
