Advise on quick jump

So I'm selling my house and moving into an apartment. As a result, the bike will remain outside. Along with the standard accessory plugs, I had wiring directly connected to the battery terminals for heated gear. Can I use the plugs or direct wiring to jump or charge the bike if the battery runs down or will I need to pop the seat?

Would this work? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08K2JG9M...jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

Recommendations?

If wired directly to the battery you CAN charge through that connection. You CAN NOT jump through that plug. You must connnet to the battery to jump.

That said, some portable jump starters have accessory hard wiring that goes to the battery with a specific plug to jump. Google is yours fiend in that regard.
