Akrapovic silencer (Chrome-plated) from limited edition 100 Years

Hi there,
For my R18 I am looking for exhaust pipes Akrapovic (Chrome-plated) the same as they are in the limited edition 100 Years.
My local dealer told me that these exhausts are not available for purchase.
Please help - where can I buy them?
