Any R18 owners here in Delaware trying to furnish a new living room?

I've had my R18 for about a year now, mostly weekend rides along Route 9 and up toward Pennsylvania when the weather cooperates. This is a little off-topic for a motorcycle forum, but I figure the Biergarten is the place for it.

I'm moving into a smaller place in Wilmington soon and I need to buy a sofa for a living room that isn't very big. I'm torn between a compact two-seater that fits the space without crowding it and a slightly larger couch that would be more comfortable when my sister and her kids visit. I keep going back and forth on fabric, too, since I'm not sure how well lighter upholstery holds up to everyday wear and a cat.

I found some furniture info online about different sofa types and materials, but it's hard to tell how any of it translates to a real room. Has anyone here gone through a similar furniture decision lately? I'd appreciate hearing what worked out for you in a smaller space.
