I been on treadplate for 35 years, definitely and surprisingly comfortable especially on long hauls, check out my Road King

Yes, saw that one. Very nice. A bit surprised you don’t use that on your riding mower too. Lol. It seems to be the seat of choice! Pretty cool looking and I must say, a first for me.

I used a Uni-Bit or Stepper Bit to drill out a pair of beachbars that I recently installed on a project bike that I'm working on; it was fairly straightforward, where I used a Dremel tool to clean up the sharp edges..

Yeah.. definitely... I don't know why the bars don't come with holes already milled out from BMW..

Pulling the wiring through almost seems impossible, but the wiring harness fits...

My bars accommodate the heated handgrips wiring harness:

Did you have to remove the tank to plug in your connections? My apes were installed by my dealer BigSky Motorsports and they have the BMW ELECTRICAL EXTENSION KIT
