Just got these today and wanted to ask if anyone has installed them on their R18C.
The end caps comes with a different J-clips and screws.My question is what are the plastic clips for?

Yeah that's what I think. I don't have the end caps but something else I ordered from BMW had those clips in the package.

Can also confirm I received those same plastic things with other BMW OEM parts. I believe these are to attach to the box the parts come into somehow to hang on a display rack.

Yeah,there was some kind of tape inside the bag with the plastic clips.
