Has this been resolved yet..? Maybe try looking under the dashboard (if a Model B or TC) and see if the GPS puck antenna is disconnected? I would think that perhaps the TFT system checks in from a date/time standpoint using GPS?

Have you set the time and the DATE on your bike, not just the time..?

Related to this topic...I had my 2023 R18 Classic in winter storage at my dealer...apparently, they let the battery discharge before putting on the battery tender. Now both the date and time displayed are incorrect. How do I re-set both of them?

Scroll through the menu we ithvthe bike still, running. I think it's setup. Set time and set Date are there.

Had this issue on my R9t. Disconnect the positive lead from the battery bus, wait a few seconds then reconnect. It should reset the internal clock and allow memory.

Me personally... I would remove the Negative (-) or Ground terminal; it reduces the risk of shorting the battery when disconnecting the Positive Terminal...

Putting a wrench on the Positive Terminal (+) in order to loosen the connector, runs the risk of shorting the battery; if any part of the wrench, comes into physical contact with the frame of the bike...
