Cruise control limited to < 100 mph

I had a similar issue with my Rocket 3R - 155 kph if I recall correctly. A BT Moto tune cured that ailment.

I have probably only used cruise control once over that limit since installing the fix, to check if it was functional, but that is OK. I do not appreciate OEMs electronically parenting me, without an option to waive that.
