Friday Afternoon thoughts ...

... first notion ... I should not post drunk .. but wtf ;)
Howdy folks ... what do you do on a Friday evening after corporate takes off the shackles?
Well, I am sitting here on my back porch listening (very loud) to one on my playlists (named 'Piss off the Neighbors) that starts with the best tune ever made ... AC/DC Ride On!!! ... that you Australia!!!
... and did I mention it is 98º F ( 36.6 ºC ) out ... and I had a fair amount of shots of Tequila ? .... and thanks to the great State of Oregon for some recreational herbs ? ... anyway I am swerving off ...
What are you all doing on a Friday evening?

Retired 10 months , so everyday a Saturday ! ‘Ride On’ is good, but prefer ‘ Whole lotta’ Rosie’ ( Bon Scott -AC/DC version ). That’ll piss off the neighbours. Enjoy the weekend.

Try Chinese Dunkirk, Nice Boys and The Butcher and Fast Eddy among other great songs by a great band from Australia called Rose Tattoo.
And let me know what you think...
Also Sin City, Soul Stripper, Overdose, Down Payment Blues, What's Next to The Moon, and Touch Too Much by the same obscure band from Sydney, Australia called AC/DC that you were listening to!

Tequila!! Not the best alcohol to get drunk, but worth a shot.

I am usually an Irish Whiskey guy (Jameson's 'Black Barrel' or Proper No 12 when I like a little more 'bite') ... but I do like to mix it up a bit and the Agave stuff hits the spot then ;)

Wait what?? One of the highest rated and best Irish whiskeys. And for the price it’s crazy. Jameson bought them in the mid ‘80’s. And for the quality, it blows most of their stuff away. I have always thought they were subsidizing it. Redgreast 10 cask strength. Do it.

Ahhhhh, Friday night is when I become normal after a week’s work.
My missus was tired on Friday night and she went to bed at about 8 ish and I told her I would get a drink or two and join her later, so I headed to the garage with a G&T, my Bluetooth speaker and started playing my Ride on playlist ( Whiskey in the Jar - Metallica, Heroes -Motörhead, Thunderstruck- AC/DC) you get the idea.
As I was enjoying myself, admiring my B, more G&Ts followed up and I made the point to finish off once the battery on the speaker ran out.
Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wonky donkey, the battery lasted for a bit until finally the thing died and I went to bed. Being extremely careful, I dragged my sorry arse to bed and she said, hey, what time do you call this? and I looked at my watch and replied with a girly voice, 3:00am.
Not sure if the neighbours heard my noise in the garage but I did not get a complaint either. 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you all for the music suggestions as well, I will definitely download some of those titles.
