Front suspension

I did the check, measured sag in the front like I did in the back. It works out to 33mm which is just about 1/3 of the 100 mm travel. That is with me on it.

It seems to be a little stiff compared to my other bikes.

Wondering if lighter oil would help?

The suspension has loosened up and I keep the rear set proper. It rides pretty good, just seeing if there is anything else I can do for a smoother ride.

I think the fork travel is 120 mm and not 100

WOW! Corrected, I looked it up. 120 mm.

1/3 would be 40mm.
