Fuel Tank Badge Removal?

Hi, I am looking to replace these with some badging that have been designed and made by Jurgen in Germany. Unscrewed the 2 torx screws but the badge refuses to drop off, suspect it is also glued or has some type of adhesive tape?

I mounted the Copper badges that were included within the anniversary box, on top of the existing badge; perhaps try that, or perhaps - you can try getting some fishing line behind the existing badge and work through the adhesive backing.

Mine had simply had a ring of foam tape on them ... they might just be clinging on ... try prying with a guitar pick or something like that.

Like Ulrich said, they are softly glued to the tank using that sticky foam backing. Once you have removed the screws, just use a credit card or similar thin hard plastic aid and wedge it at the edge of the roundel, they will pop out easily. I placed a microfibre towel between the credit card and the tank paint just in case but seriously, it was a very easy affair.
