I guessed at which to use, these were for a Harley. Left snd right mounts are a little different.

Then I put the slightly smoked ones I had on my R1200R. Same brackets as the first picture.

Yes the Laminar lip helps. Going 75, I needed ear plugs. Now the buffeting is gone. I am still messing with it. Also trying a clamp on adjustable lip.

leaving for work tomorrow morning at 6:45. It will be 40*f. I have just over an hours ride on country roads. Some of it along a creek.

I installed the Wunderlich deflector and it has helped somewhat, still messing with the angle. But still some buffet which I think may be coming from the sides.

Could you provide information on which handguards you ended up using exactly? Model number if available. Thanks in advance!

Um, I have no idea which ones I bought. they mount with the mirrors.

I take them off in the summer. Since Black Dog said what they look like. :)

Ha. Road 300 miles last 2 days in New England...heated grips cooked my palms while the wind numbed the rest of my hand....I don't give a crap what they look like. BMW sells some that look good - but like every OEM part it cost like 1000% more than an after market
