I noticed the gas cap on my R18TC is easily the heaviest one I have ever held. Anyone know if gas caps are a standard size such that a plastic one would be a suitable substitute.

Paul, ya made me literally lol.
At a steak dinner shy of a half ton, not sure the cap will make much of a difference. That said if you really wanted a plastic one and couldnt find it, I could generate one. I run a company that does polyurethane products.

I can do biceps curls with the gas cap.
