Internally crazing of rear light lens'

Has anyone else experienced crazing "cracking" to the internal surfaces of their rear indicators (and on the Transcontinental), the high-level top box brake/taillight). I have both indicators with internal crazing, and the centre of the high-level top box light (immediately above the latch) has vertical striations on its internal surface. Also, is anybody else experiencing a temperamental top box latch - mine periodically refuses to open (as though it is catching).
