Labor rate per hour

I live in central California . Are dealership here charges 200 bucks an hr . Since I’m a ag technician, I don’t mined spending the money on a few tools doing the 22000 miles maintenance myself . For parts and labor my estimate was 1100 dollars . We’re you all live , what does your dealership charge . Seems like a pretty penny for basic maintenance.

Mine was (before they folded) @ $140 / hour ... IMO screw that! I have a therapy session sitting in my shop and do my own wrenching! not sure what a 22 000 mile service would be .. but they charged me almost $300 for just changing out the break-in oil after 600 miles .. that was the first and last time they put a wrench on my ride!

It’s changing all oils and filters, spark plugs and adjusting the valves . Spark plugs alone are 28 bucks each !

Any one have the part no for those spark plugs ?

Unfortunately I could not find them from alternate sources and had to source them from MAX BMW ... p/n is 12 12 8 396 344 the best I know.
