Hate to say but I really do not have much patience for the highways these days anymore. People no longer know the meaning of left to pass...... Have even ran into bikers who block the left lane (really bad situation!!!) I love sticking to back roads with least traffic as I can find

That is one hell of a ride. I am sure the engine will handle it just fine. I would consider doing a service, at least engine oil and filter and also a proper inspection to ensure everything is ok before enduring such journey.
I am more conscious about you as a rider.
Even 10 hrs a day will take its toll within a few days, let alone 15.

Doing a 6k service half way. As a rider not a problem I have done 1100 miles in 14 hours doing 1K a day to get to where I want is no problem then slow up to take in the sights. I did San diego to Jax florida with a 5 hour nap half way it was during covid so we shot down I 10 pretty fast.

Just last Thursday I did 25hrs straight from Wetumpka AL to Weatherford TX and back just under 1500 miles. But that was on 4 wheels could not imagine doing it on 2, and with the weather I hit in Dallas & Louisiana I am glad I did not even try it. I had plans to stay the night in Dallas or Louisiana but was in my wife's truck and she did not want it out in that weather so I just kept it moving......

Shoot you left too early, the Rodeo here in Weatherford is this week!

QQ, what highway light setup did you have on your R18 in the picture?

I've recently completed an all day ride on my 23 TC. The bike held up great despite
a lying tire pressure sensor that forced a stop.
The factory seat isn't so good but is tolerable with a gel pad and liberal application of monkey butt powder.
Wind protection is often too good. I was wishing for more air even with the wings open.
I have an irrational fear of getting blood clots in my legs and the compressed leg position doesn't help so I stop more often than some might.
I've read some reviews that said the engine is "buzzy" at highway speeds, but I thought it was perfectly fine at 75 mph. I suppose it could get uncomfortable at excessively extralegal speeds but I don't ride beyond human scale.
Good luck!
Make sure you download the MOA Anonymous App. Nice to know you have help if you need it
Ride safe, send pics!

That's a long day for me. Anymore, 8-10 hours is enough for me, 12 max! But here is my experience on my '22 TC anyway.
For reference, I'm 65 y.o., 5'10" and 230lbs of overweight & outa shape dude with a 30" inseam. Been doing longer (300-500 miles/day) & long distance rides 1-2x/year for past 15-20 years. I usually don't dismount to re-fuel but do stretch when doing hydration or sanitary stops. Never had a problem on the TC, but then, never had a problem on the 1150 GS either.
Did a 300+ mile ride today: the heat was the problem (not the bike, the weather). Plus it was my 1st "long" ride this year so I don't have my 'calluses' built up yet.
Last year I did 2 long-distance trips on the TC, about 4,000 miles 1-up and about 1,700 miles 2-up. The bike was great all the way, on multiple road surfaces (summer construction season). The seat isn't great but it isn't bad, either. I feel most factory seats use padding that is too soft and compresses enough that you end up sitting on the seat pan.
Hope this helps ya.

I've ridden my Classic coast to coast and back with a great combination of slab here and there with a bunch of great backcountry 2 lanes covering the Appalachians, Ozarks, Grasslands, Rockies, Cascades and more. I ride with a lot of flexibility in my agenda, but most of my days end up between 450-600 +/- miles. The larger petrol capacity and additional comfort bits on your bike should see you very comfortable for long miles back to back days. My bike has never missed a beat be it in 100+ degree days, torrential rains and even snow so enjoy her and let us know how things went for you.
