I bought the Wunderlich 11" ape hangers not realizing they have a pronounced "buckhorn" drop to them. Sent them back as they did not reach back much further than the BMW 6.5" mini apes.
I went to the nearest BMW dealer to sit on an R18 outfitted with the BMW 16" King apes. They are 40" wide at max width. This is a WIDE GRIP.
At this point I could buy a 1" spacer to bring my mini apes a bit closer, but will continue to surf the internet looking for a custom handlebar fabricator.
