Markup on 2021 R18?

This is a partial screen shot from a local BMW dealer. I'm assuming they aren't selling this at or below cost. Is $7,275+ a common markup for this model?

That’s not a bad price. Looks like it was a demo model with that mileage.

BMW FS is offering $3K off MSRP, plus low APR before end of year, plus 6 months of payments. Add in demo savings (over 200 miles) and dealers eager not to have a bike sitting on their floor plan all winter and deals can be had way below cost. I took advantage of one for my Classic FE a couple weeks ago. I had planned on getting a 2022 in the spring and didn’t want the chrome, so sticker as I wanted would have been significantly lower than a FE. Even so, my OTD cost for a 21 FE was over $6K lower than I’d planned for a lower spec 2022 in the spring, so I jumped on it.

Bike was delivered a week ago and in spite of it being winter in the Northeast I’ve been able to put on the 600 miles to bring it in for the first service tomorrow.
