can't be me as for me it is more than a hobby.
From ´75 to '00 the king pin of my, our life, till my wife died racing.
Been on the simmer from birth of son till he went to uni.
Mind, am great friends with the prévious ex.; the mother of my son, who has nóthing with motorcycles. We split up when son went to uni.
Now my ´thing´ again. Not the pássion it was in the previous c. but spend more time/money on it; it is what I dó. Was one of the principal reasons for the split with the sexy curvy charming.
My apartment is a bike themed man cave with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room
The current 'dating criteria´ are a source of húge amusement for my social circle but it is realistic.

I had exactly this issue of the screws just spinning. I used a plastic car trim removal tool, a bit like a small crow bar, to put outward pressure on the badge whilst slowly removing the screws. My badge screws had been over tightened, or the rivnut had not been installed properly, by the factory and were just spinning when I tried to back them out as they had virtually no resistance. I am not sure you will get the cover off without taking the badge off as on my bike it had a bolt behind the badge, so failing the above it’s going to be a drill the screw heads off to remove the badge and as Petrus has said either stick the replacement on or go full cover removal and replace the rivnuts etc. Good luck.

I must have just been plain lucky. I just kept pressure on mine and undid them slowly without issue. Assembler #4 is a lot kinder than Assembler #19 obviously
