Original number plate side mount

Hi and happy holidays

I’m looking at options for mounting the number plate to the side and came across some files I saved a while ago.
I found this manual for a kit I cannot seem to find, and a part number is not apparent in the installation guide.
Has anyone actually seen this kit? Was it ever available?

FYI.....I had a side mount plate like that on my Harley Fat Boy. Kept scraping my leg on it so rotated in 90 deg into a vertical position. No more scrapes.

The number plate carrier and frame, are the same for both kits. They both bolt to the same location on the swing arm.

Hi. Sure the carrier for the plate itself is the same but the bits that attach to the standard fender are obviously not part of a bobber kit.
I found a separate part number for this I believe, but it seems a kit also including the plate carrier is no longer available or never was.

Part number for just the license plate under the standard fender delete: 77515A327F7
