Just back from my annual pilgrimage to Newfoundland and Labrador. First time with the R18B, and yes, our bikes rarely pass by a bakery.

First time strapping B into a Ferry.

From a Food Perspective, here are the places we visited:

Marine Atlantic Buffet (North Sydney to Argentia) : (OMF of 11) Special mention of Turkey Soup with Sausage +11
Edge of the Avalon (Trepassy) : Bread Pudding (OMF of 10)
Volcano’s Bakery (CBS) : (OMF of 10)
Grates Cove Restaurant: (OMF of 30) Make a reservation, you won’t be disappointed. Easily the best of the trip.
Gill’s Grill (Gambo) : (OMF of 8 ) Blueberry Jam and really all
Nick’s Place (Birchy Bay) : (OMF of 9) Turkey Soup
Lomonds River Lodge (Woody Point) : (OMF of 10) Fries with Dressing and Gravy), Easily the best thing I’ve ever eaten)
Crabbe’s River Gas Station/Restaurant : (Crabbes River) : OMF of 7) Mile High Lemon and Coconut Cream Pie and Vege’s cut similar to Uncle Charle in their Turkey Soup
Seaside Restaurant (Margaree) : (OMF of 10) Turkey Poutine (Low fat) just wow.
Ronald Gales (Millville) : (OMF of 27) Moose

Irish Loop needs work on the Roads, great ride, but OMG
Goto the Grates Cove! Make sure to complete the Bacalieu trail.
Swift Current Must do: Vernon’s Antique Automobile Museum.
Dildo Brewery: Buy a shirt
Gander Bay Loop and Twillingate: Hiking trails and scenery are a must
Woody Point, Trout River, and Tablelands. HIKING HIKING, and it’s like you’re on the moon! The National park is a must.
West coast of Newfoundland is truly special

Unlike others on this trip, we caught rain on the last leg of the journey, and that was fine, as testing the gear was a must, and it survived just fine.
Unlike other years, brought the Drone with me. All my memories were caught this way.
