R 18 B - Maximum Number of Song Tracks - iOS

I cannot get my iOS song library to appear on the TFT - I need to navigate the song lists on the phone itself. The manual indicates the reason the songs/albums/playlists do not show up/are not navigable is that the song count exceeds the maximum allowed. The manual does not indicate what the maximum value is. For reference, I have just over 3,800 songs on my iPhone.

Does anyone know the max song count?

I’m giving up. Unpairing the phone and headsets from the bike and using the phone on the bars.

Terrible connectivity implementation by BMW. Big miss on a fantastic bike. Disappointed.
