Hi, fairly new to the forum and looking for some information.
I’m having a hard time finding what the difference is between the Classic and the Bagger suspension.
I know there is a difference in travel, and the Bagger is supposed to be more comfortable, but mechanically what is the difference?
Can the Classic be converted?

Thanks

Electronic auto levelling on B & TC so conversion is cost prohibitive.

make sure your preload is set correctly to the riders gross weight. Search on here for number of turns for weight.

it makes a huge difference getting that set up properly. Some good after market options now available that are far better than stock as mentioned above.

good luck (y)

The frame geometry/costruction differences are quite significant...as in "totally different". Check the rake and trail numbers for each bike and you'll see comparing the two bikes is like comparing apples to oranges.

Your owners manual will have settings for rear preload based on rider weight with/without pillon/luggage. All you can do for the front is change cartridges.
