Has anyone tried Hedon helmets on r18? BMW Grand racer seems to be Hedon Heroine.
I wear the Jet Bowler style. It is a rebadged Hedonist. It's a very nice helmet, but pricey.

I had a Biltwell open-face helmet, but never a full-face. In my opinion, it was good quality but very minimal in terms of features. It was also relatively heavy. FWIW, if I were looking for a full face in the price range of the Lane Splitter, I'd be looking at a Shoei RF-SR or AGV K1.

mwah on all full face really on the R18 but hey...

Just went for chrome:

As a bald person.... I'd have the piss taken out of me 24/7 with that lid..... ("Chrome dome" is a popular slang term used in aussie land to describe a bald head or a completely bald person).....

And once the stream was underway.... there would be no stopping it.... other body parts would be targeted for sure....

Me having three titanium bearings is a potential source too but as I also have adamantium skin I am nevvah evvah the subject. Point is I could not care.
Last month there was some sniggering and a brief attempt to take the piss. Apparently one of the group, wife of fellow Vespa rider, was spreading around that she had seen me naked. I simply confirmed: Was walking around naked in the apartment when I realised that I had left the Vespa outside. And as I réaly do not care, walked outside and took it in. She happened to pass. Again, because I do not care, had not looked for, noticed any passers by.
One other woman was sniggering a lot so I stood up and amicaly offered we go to the ladies toilet so she could see too. Since most know I would, even would do so without blushing on the table, that put an end to it.

Ah and I have a full Panda suit. Drive around in it too. Why? JDM car scene, drifting, Intial-D and me drifting a Toyota MR2 Spyder. Think it befitting.
And because I have it will don it whenever I feel like that.

Ergo. Why care?!

It’s important to talk about all helmets when discussing motorcycle helmets.

IMG_1924.jpegMy next consideration as I’m not wearing an open face helmet (they tend to look like space helmets in Australia)…

I just started wearing my SCHUBERTH C4 Carbon full face/flip helmet; mostly to reduce the wind noise, in order to lessen the affects on my hearing.

I've been looking at the new C5 helmet, with the noise cancelling system as a future helmet.

My helmet and riding gear doesn't match the look of my bike; I mostly go for comfort and functionality.

Schuberth Jet Helmet for me..can’t wear goggles and have progressive lenses so this is a great compromise. And amazing it is quieter than the previous Schuberth flip up helmet I had prior to this one.

I do like the fit of the Arai helmet but harder to get here in Germany. So stick with the local brand. Also the integrated coms is great.

Today out for a netto 3,5 hour hárd workout on the sidecar rig. All bends & corners up and down. Ergo sweat on the brow and back monkey business. Most 40 -60 km/h only some up to 80. No way I could be able to cope with full face or flip up. Wind noise no issue obviously. Enjoying the exhaust note it was.

I use both a Schuberth C4 Pro and a C5; I love the comfort and functionality of the modular — don't think I could go back to anything else. One thing to say about the Schuberths is that the Sena bluetooth system is trash, battery life is very short, and the sound quality is terrible. Once I switched to Cardo, I love the helmets even more. (I have both because one matches my R Nine T and the other my R18 TC, yes, I'm vain, ha!)
