Do t ever show me a pic of you in tennis shoes again... lolA few people have asked for a video so I shot one. I think the camera is a little close to the bike to get the proper sound, but I think you'll get the point
Just to report back. Couldn't find any 1.5" but I did find a 1-3/8ths. Its tight but it fits... have to wiggle it around a bit but it works.I measured the inside diameter of the muffler to determine the hole saw size. I recall that i thought 1.5" was slightly too big and would hit the side of the outside baffle. But take your own measurement and let us know what you think

300 more miles and I let you know lol I did a test fit of the drill bit only. waiting for my 600 mile service then I will drill. What do you think about the sound of the revised exhaust?

So all you had to do is drill a 1 1/4 hole and thats it (get the metal out too) I think I will have to try on my 2022 R18 TCexcellent thread for DIY exhaust modding, thanks for posting this.

After I drilled out the baffles I recommend taking each exhaust to clean out the dwarf etc. I found it to be quicker and more effective then trying to scrape it out.
Louder, more refined throaty sound. I initially ran the with the baffles in, which is a nice sound and louder than drilled out stock baffles. Now I run the Freedom with no baffles and it is loud but not obnoxious and really nice sound. While cruising, it sounds to me like a Sousaphone hitting the low notes. That’s great. How do you find the freedom exhaust? A better note?
Sounds great!
Specially considering the cost to get it!!Sounds great!
