Anyone know of where I can get an aftermarket version of the rear seat screw cover? It’s $200 from BMW. I can’t find mine. See pics for reference.

You lost it on the road..? Do you remember your seat getting loose while on the road?

I lost mine on a road trip and it cost over $450 to replace...loctite from now on... Mexico prices + 20% import duty

Lost somewhere in my garage, or service provider garage during seat swaps. Pretty sure it wasn't me, but I can't though feces at others since ultimately it's my fault. Nowadays I take off all luggage and accessories before bringing the bike in for mx. Too many times I've had fasteners missing, small pieces missing, like the seat screw cover and such. I'll probably have to eat it and buy the BMW piece but just in case one of you fine folks knew of a cheaper alternative I figured I'd post here.

The picture in yours looks a little different from the stock one off my bike but I purchased an extra one to powder coat in case things went south. Willing to sell my original one for what I paid for the used one $100 but I do not have an extra screw. None came with the other part I got.
