The other day I noticed that my rear speakers have gone quiet. They work as I can feel the vibrations but the volume is minimal. Under the settings I use Balanced as the sound preference. Any ideas in terms of root cause?
Thank you all.

Take it you don’t have a ‘fader’ option in your sound menu? That’s normally how you adjust front to back.

Maybe the new S/W that was applied, when the service shop restored your Reverse function changed something?

Maybe play around with the audio adjustments and see if you hear a change?

There's a dedicated amplifier fuse under the seat for the sound system, maybe check that the fuse and all wiring is good?

I'll check my sound system later tonight and see if I notice a difference; I also, have my sound system set to "Balanced"

I don’t think there is one, but to be honest I have not explored the whole menu. Ever since I bought her the settings were left untouched, the dealer did it for me and I was happy. Will have a play but that means I have to crank some music to check the volume levels, I better do it before night time 😂😂😂

This crossed my mind because the only intervention the bike had was the s/w update for the reverse module. I can’t say for certain that it happened afterwards as I don’t always have the music on. Another thing I did was to remove my custom seat when I took it to the shop to prevent greasy fingers from touching the Alcantara and place back when I collected the bike. She had a bit of dirt accumulated underneath and I cleaned the lot and sprayed ACF-50 on the area, including the suspension spring but this should not have caused it. They work, I can hear them and feel them but ever so slightly.
Cheers Scott.
