Removing Freedom Performance baffles coupled with BrenTune to increase grumble

So I installed the FP 4.5 slip-ons. Definitely love the deep grumble when accelerating --other than accelerating it added almost no extra noise.

Talked to a tech at FP he said removing the baffles at the tips of the pipes is a simple job and increases the noise at idle and cruising --however at a slight expense of torque at low RPMs but that ecu/brentune should compensate for that pretty quick.

Anyone have direct experience with this?

Did he also recommend a sports air filter. I have fitted one, fit vented engine name plates and deactivated the exhaust valve; I’m just haven’t decided on the tune.

While I was having the exhaust installed I also had them remove the servos (is that what you mean by deactivate exhaust valve?)

As well as I installed the DNA air filter and the --all prior to the brentune.

In talking with BT-moto Brenture AI chat --so I'm not messing around with multiple cycles of flashing the ECU, I'll guess wait until to remove the baffles now until when I hit the required 6K major service, that's when they will also correct the reverse recall issue. I'll still have to pay an additional $200. for the new ECU flash.
