Replacement of the left cylinder under warranty

My bike smoked a lot in the left cylinder. Verdict, replacement of the left cylinder by a reinforced cylinder. Have you ever encountered this problem?

There's been lots of talk of smoke from the left, yes. It's generally attributed to the boxer engine configuration where fluids collect on the dependent side while not riding. Some folks get around this (as I do) by using a front wheel stand to keep her vertical.

That said, what's a "reinforced cylinder?" Could you elaborate? It implies that the cylinder is/was the issue.

I haven’t got no More information about this new reinforced cylinder but the French bmw dealership recognizes the problem. As you said i think the cause is about the boxer engine configuration. They will change it in february 2022.
