something similar to something shaking or metals touching happens which the bike is on high gear low rpm and i try to accelerate

Do you have a crash bar?
Some designs are very close to the frame at the top and might interfere at some resonance frequencies.

I vaguely remember reading something about, BMW R18 designers and the need to reduce the noise generated within the air intake?
Could the sound be associated with the air box, or is it more of a mechanical sound?
