Only the more expensive wifi version of the GS911 can be upgraded to unlimited via subscription; it’s reasonably priced should you need it. Found this out after I bought the cable only version. I have both GS911 and OBD w MotoScan. Bike functionality and options are better with the 911. MotoScan is good and served me well for 4 years but there are limitations. Plus the OBD can also interface with my cars.

Yes it does, immediately behind the left hand battery cover. Photos frpm another post. You don't need to remove the bottom cover. OBD2 has the right hand side edge of the circle running through it. It simply unclips.

So the GS-911 just connects into the ODD-II pigtail dangling in the below picture?

I just enabled "running lights" on mine today, so the indicators are permanently on.
Post a couple of pictures in the daylight and dusk timeframe; what do they look like when you activate a directional - can you differentiate the "blinking".

I'm almost positive, that my rear tail lights are always ON...? I'm assuming you are referring to the front directionals?

Rears are position lights and always on. The front orange ones are now on and blink when indicating.

Ahhh great! I always wanted to do that ... I will get on that this afternoon ... thanks a bunch! I am assuming that they are on 'dim' like the tail lights until you use the turn signals?

Yes that's right. I can't remember the exact title of the heading but maybe "position lights". The camera struggled to get a photo as the LEDs were cycling.

I had enabled that option and then turned it off. while trying to program it was draining the battery faster that the charger could charge it.

Ah, thanks for the heads up. I'll keep and eye on that. I guess additional draws beyond factory configuration will have an effect on both battery power and longevity.

It was only a issue while trying to program since you have to keep the power on, the lights stay on the entire time the key is on.
