Switch Block movement

I've only had my R18FE for 3 weeks and I've notices movement of both switch blocks - more the left than the right.

To be clear - the switch assembly unit can be "rotated" a very small amount on the handle bars.

Is this normal? Has anyone else seen this?

Does anyone know the type/size of the small screw that holds the left and right switchgear in place? My old eyes cannot see it given the awkward position. Best to you.
