Well after 5,000 miles in April, I still couldn't get use to the heel/toe shifter. Especially after having 5 other normal bikes. Talked to a Harley buddy and he said just take it off...he did. Well in about 10 minutes I determined the easiest thing to was remove both levers. Then I rotated the heel portion inward and above the toe shifter. It is out of the way and fills the gap on the shifter shaft. Works GREAT!
Also added a Top Case rack from Dennis Kirk at $120 with shipping. Made for Indian but fits great.
