Tires?

I haven't replaced tires on my R18 TC yet, but I've had success with Dunlop E4 and the current Shinko Journey on my other bike. I had an Avon AV72 that was not a very good tire for 2 up touring. Seems like getting anywhere within 50 ft of a semi-sharp object would cause a flat. Had to road plug three different punctures in less than a thousand miles.
 
I just bought some Michelin Touring 3s. Have not received them yet. Will let you know. My front tire is pretty much ready to be replaced at 8300 miles. Rear is squared off but still has some life...my bike came with Battlecruise tires, I think...they were fine, but I hope the Michelins last longer, particularly on the front.

And yes, I check my tire pressure all the time, in case anyone is wondering....
 
Moi j'ai fait 16000 kms et j'ai remis les mêmes pneus michelin commandant 3 que d'origine .
ils vont très bien.
 
Je ne comprends pas ce bruit...
mais bon moi j'entends rien de spécial , neuf ou pneus usés . C'est vraiment bizarre.
 
I am using the Metzler 888's. I only had around 2k on them. The bike came with Michelin's.
