Torque spec on heal toe shifter screws

I learned a long time ago with my R1200C that BMW bikes like their fasteners snug but not arm strong tight. I grab the wrench near the axis of rotation and get it hand tight. No long lever arm torque! For the fasteners that rarely get moved, go blue loctite.
