Riding on wet roads the first morning with my new bike.

I had it in "Rain". I was going down a little hill and a right curve, I was on the throttle. I saw the traction control light flash a few times. I felt nothing.

Later that morning, road was wet, not raining. I was going up a small hill and curve left. I gave it some throttle and the rear wheel spun, rear of the bike wen right. I let off the throttle. No harm done. I also looked at the traction control light. It did not flash.
Still s pucker moment.

I notice it comes on too easy but I really want to figure out how to disable all together. Who buys 1802ccs and doesn't want to lay a bit of rubber? Is there a way to turn off traction control? Rock mode still stops wheel spin. 😪😜

Sacrilege. The ACS button on the left handlebar control - see pages 46 and 76 in the User Manual.

I'm curious... Are either of the photos (here and the one about 1800cc BMWs) you, Estoma?
No, they are not. And I have no affiliation to that website. I am not far behind you - 63. This is me, the good-looking youngster on the left, the day I collected my R18 in Boksburg, just east of Johannesburg.
