Looks great! That mod list about out-prices the bike!!

Had this for a year now… and to be honest I’m looking for a hardcover solution. If you find one keep me posted!
I don't have room for one of the hard wall shelters, they were my first choice but all too big for my garden,
the folding canvas ones only work as I can leave it open during the day for the wife to get her mobility
scooter out.

Yes, I also mounted the Quad Lock with the vibration reducer. Seems to work really well. I also installed the wireless phone charger that Quad Lock offers. Works great!
Did you use a DIN-USB adapter for power? I'm thinking of running a cable to the battery and using the switched power connector next to the battery with a relay. Hopefully that does not mess up the CANBUS system.

Where and how did you pull the power for the wireless charger? I have a TC and thinking about doing the same. I hate to use a DIN USB adapter plugged in the front dash... Thanks in advance!
Hi, not sure if anyone replied already, but you can use this: https://www.wunderlich.de/en/wunderlich-quick-connect-cable-kit-for-navigation-motomedia-21176-400
On FE, you can plug it under the left cover, where is the plug for charger, or there should be a cable under the petrol tank. There was a thread here on the forum

That's a really clean solution but quite expensive. I wish I can locate those two male and female connectors. Might ask the dealer parts dept and see if they have them available.

I just accessed the wire feeding the socket and connected to that..... same for both my R18 and r ninet.... just need a meter to determine +ve and -ve. The phone holder I added was already fused... though the cable feeding the usb is anyhow.

i Prefer this product when tapping into a wire.

I'm Australian based..... I bought direct..... stuff arrived quickly and was well packed.... I've bought 3 or 4 times from them.... tank cover, seat and another bag for my BMW Scrambler..... bag on the scrambler is the moss grey smaller one (10-14litres)

The larger bag (black one on my R18) cames with a plastic bit inside to help the bag keep it's shape.... on mine I trimmed it to let the bag sit a bit more relaxed. The smaller bag didn't have this.

After extensive research and your response, I’ve decided that Unit Garage bag, part no. U002+3401, fits my chopper style R18 the best. I didn’t realized that the Italian bag was so expensive!! I need to determine if sending a bank certified check or a bank electronic transfer is best for overseas payments. Any thoughts?

You're really going wild with the "blackout" efforts; BMW offers a Model B windshield, where the bottom half is blacked out.
I have the black clutch and brake assembly that I was going to have BMW change out when they do my servicing, but I think I will leave those chrome along with possibly the center covers on the tank. I do like chrome, just thought it was a little too much on the bike, so I wanted to fail it back a bit. Maybe I went a little too far

Wonder if they still offer the lower bracket rather than the one which sits the bag higher up now ?

I intended to get my screen tinted, but the local shop told me regular tint won’t hold on poly or non-glass applications. Guy on Facebook had his screen tinted with the film they use for taillights. Looks awesome. Now I have to chase down someone who does this nearby.
