Would also make it tricky to use over here. The plod would pull me over about as surely and quickly as riding without a hard hat does.

That’s what’s great about living in Harley Davidson’s backyard. You’ll only get pulled over for doing stupid shit and drawing attention to yourself.
And trust me, there’s plenty of that going around to keep law enforcement busy.

There is no issue with codes as long as the sensors are in place. I do have the servo eliminators installed.
FYI my friend Bernard at Vizi-Tec is working on his own version of servo eliminators. I’m helping out matching the connectors and wiring right now.

I simply cut off the flapper actuator cables. The valve is spring loaded open. No servo eliminating required. Simple and affective.

That works. Or you could have just disconnected them from the flapper end.
