I have a '21 Pure, was given a '24 Classic as a loaner while diff seals were being done. Seals were not in stock so I hade the Classic for 5 days. Did some reasonable length rides both solo and two up and I have to say the ride was smoother, bike flowed side to side easier and suspension seemed...
Thanks Dave but not the angle I wanted.
Doesn't look if anyone on this forum has fitted Buckhorn/Bullhorn bars. It will be a rather expensive experiment but I may just have to be the first.

Hope this link works. They have slots for internal wiring but will have to make more inquiries to make sure they suit. May have to change risers as well.
Thanks for the reply Dave. Yes they do look great but that is not the bars I am referring to. I have ridden an R18 with beach bars and although they are better for wrist positioning the Bullhorn or Buckhorn bars would suit me better. Interestingly, I too had a 1900 Roadliner, did some very long...
I have R18 Pure and want to change the rotation of my wrists. I get a numbness in my right upper rhomboid muscle. If you get it you know what its like. The only bike I did not suffer from this was an 1100 virago that I rode for 840km, about 8hrs.The only way I can describe those bars were...
I was in the same situation so bought a set from Amazon for a fraction of the Wunderlich to experiment. Yes it brings the bars back nicely, less of a reach. Of course, my next mod is black beach bars, so they won't be needed.
An old post but hope this finds you. Love my Puig screen but there is some buffeting .What fork clamps did you use please? I couldn't find an option for the R18. I had an unused complete set for a Yamaha 1900 Roadliner but clamps did not fit due to the ridge on forks. thanks
That's funny. I have done the reverse. I bought a Puig screen that stays on (too hard to take on and off) and Unit Garage bags that I put on for longer rides. The 16' wheels do look good. Have you compared yours to a Pure ie; handling.
