    New Home

I have "several" bikes. Moved my primary residence to Soutwest Florida recently and had to decide which bike to keep here. It surprised me, but I came to the conclusion that if I had to pick just one nice weather bike, the R18 was it. It was a ton of fun riding it from Maryland to Florida in...

    Issue with the reverse gear

It was unreliable enough for me that I just stopped using reverse. In my experience, it only seemed to happen when I actually needed it to work. The bike seemed to know when I was just testing it in the driveway and when I actually was out and needed it to get out of wherever I was.

    You and your bike

The camera editing software automatically edits the camera and pole that holds it out of each frame of the video. Really surprising how well it works. It doesn't fully edit out the mount though. You can see the bottom end of the clamp that is on the right side of the Wunderlich rack on the...

    You and your bike

Thanks Varg... It's the Insta360. Video is compressed on YouTube, but the quality out of the thing is astounding uncompressed. The way that it edits itself out is also impressive. The editor is easy to use, and allows you to dynamically select the point of view. Here is one (on my /2) with...

    Cardan shaft light

There was an earlier thread on this topic. This one will likely devolve in much the same way as the other... :)
