I installed the helibars luggage protection bars. Typical Helibar quality. I did have to lower my aftermarket exhaust 1/4” since the exhause is a slightly larger diameter than stock.

Your existing indicators are replaced by the TransContentinal indicators. Additionally, the plastic (not cast) part where your existing indicators are mounted are replaced with the TransContentinal version w/0 a hole for the indicators. You then install the bar and install your new TC...

Your dealer is mis-informed. There are a couple of threads that describe the parts needed and the installation instructions. BTW, the Icon now displays in the TFT screen thanks to an update by Hexcode for the GS-911.

One of these days they will get it ironed out. I do think it’s lame to have to use my phone for this.

Are you saying that in those three months, you had multiple calls to your phone with an active map on the TFT, and it only disconnected from the map once?

Start the navigation and then have someone call the phone. Let us know if your map disconnects.
