7 Jurock

I recently ordered a 19" 7 Jurock windscreen for my R18B. I received the windscreen but I find that I am getting a lot of turbulence shaking my helmet. The air is hitting me in the top half of my forehead. I have been trying to reach 7 Jurock through emails and also by phone but have had no luck at all. Does anyone here know if they are still in business?? I am guessing that I should have ordered the 20" version though it is only very slightly taller than the 19" version as their drawing shows. Maybe the slight angle difference will help.

Anyway - If anyone knows how to reach them please let me know.

UPDATE
I got a call from Tristan at 7 Jurock today. He has informed me that he just came up with a new design for the R18 B and transcontinental. He is going to send one to me to try and if I like it will trade me for my existing windshield. He did apologize for not getting back to me. He is a one-man band shop and is pretty much doing all the manufacturing himself. He did say he will get back to anyone making inquiries though not always right away.
