7 Jurock

I recently ordered a 19" 7 Jurock windscreen for my R18B. I received the windscreen but I find that I am getting a lot of turbulence shaking my helmet. The air is hitting me in the top half of my forehead. I have been trying to reach 7 Jurock through emails and also by phone but have had no luck at all. Does anyone here know if they are still in business?? I am guessing that I should have ordered the 20" version though it is only very slightly taller than the 19" version as their drawing shows. Maybe the slight angle difference will help.

Anyway - If anyone knows how to reach them please let me know.

UPDATE
I got a call from Tristan at 7 Jurock today. He has informed me that he just came up with a new design for the R18 B and transcontinental. He is going to send one to me to try and if I like it will trade me for my existing windshield. He did apologize for not getting back to me. He is a one-man band shop and is pretty much doing all the manufacturing himself. He did say he will get back to anyone making inquiries though not always right away.

I am resurrecting an old thread. I have been interested in a new windshield for my R18TC. I reached out to 7 Jurock on the contact us link on site, by email and phone call and I get no response at all. The phone just rings, does not even go to voice mail. Does anyone know if they went out of business? The stock TC shield along with winglets and lower fairing work fine for wind management, but the top of the screen hits me at eye level unless I sit up real straight. It also shakes a little and when that is eye level it is aggravating. I was hoping to find a slightly shorter shield with the curve to push the air over my head.

You probably won't get a reply or mabe in a month or two. When I last spoke to Tristan about my windshield he was very convincing about taking care to resolve issues I was having with my windscreen. He made a lot of promises but never followed up on any of them. I still have my 7 Jurock windscreen in a box in my garage. I tried to contact him several times - nothing. I have written him off and definitely don't recommend anyone do business with him. I warn anyone who brings up his company.

Thank you for the informaiton. I will look elsewhere for a shield. I really like the looks of the Klock Werks shield but I fear it will be too short.

Are you just trying to divert wind above your helmet?

I bought this off Amazon and use it during the colder months ... works great and relatively cheap.

No, wind management is good with the stock shield, winglets and lower fairing of the TC. I dont want anything else in my line of sight on top of the shield. thanks.

Gotcha ... so what are you exactly looking to change? Just the looks of the windshield?

The stock shield top edge is right at my eye level. I am constantly sitting up straight or looking through the shield. I want something a little shorter but do not want to cause buffeting. I may try the Klock Werks, maybe the curve will kick the wind over my head.
