I've to say that since I've done other modifications ( not only "only" removed the 4 perforated parts inside and outside the exhaust) cause finally it wasn't enough right now is ok as you can hear in the video. I mean for me now it's OK and I 'll not touch anything again .............hahahah

Honestly, that sounds awesome and exactly the right level of noise and grunt I’m looking for. Well done! A pain in the ass for sure but I’m more motivated now than before.

Cheers!

I really would like to know what you did that you describe easy. I have a 100 years model which seems to have a similar pipe (if not the same with a different finish). I tried disconnecting the servo but I have noticed absolutely no change in sound at idle and any rpm level.

Yeah that’s my current state and I feel it’s not enough sound. People will still don’t see me.

Curious to what I need to cut away to access the entire exhaust

Hello
by analyzing with some short exhaust on the market I decided to open the pipe roughly 5cm by 1,5 cm pic 2 (Dremel is back:cool:;)) at the same distance than the shortest exhaust pic 1( sold in UK can't remember the brand ) anyway
I agree it's a bit he radical but it works
like that if you are not pushing fast the sound it's correct even for the police
but a soon as you open then trust me people know that you are there ( as my VROD muscle with VH exhaust )
so not difficult at all
cheers
lionel

Hi there,
I wonder if drilling out the rear perforated mesh will help?
Can I check have anyone tried to punch through the inner perforated mesh from the rear opening of the Exhaust?
the front pipe is an S shape so that end is going to be difficult without cutting the pipe...
