looking for some opinions you guys as I have been unsuccessful with any assistance from my dealer. Please note, I’m not looking to “bash” my dealer, bmw, or anyone for that matter. I bought my bike to ride and as the ride quality with my existing tires is unacceptable, vibrations to the extreme, I’m unable to ride unless I buy new tires. I bought my bike 3 weeks ago.
My 2023 r18b has a build date of 9/22. The date codes on my Commander 3 Michelins are 9/20. While I understand about date codes and everything to do with safe or unsafe based on dates, I just don’t understand how tires could be installed in Germany that are already 2 years old…furthermore next month will make the tires on my 2023 bike 3 years old. My dealer after saying they submitted “a case” told me they not bmw are willing to do anything for me. Does this seem normal guys?
