I ordered the Madd exhaust from the company in Denmark. Took 6 weeks to show and they won't fit. Has anyone here installed these? What did you use for flange/collar? I contacted them and evidently, they haven't installed a set either. They say the collar/flange slides on from rear, this is not possible. thumbnail (54).jpg

That was the suggestion from manufacture if I chose to do so. They say the o2 sensor bungs are too long to slide on from rear, machine down or they will send new ones. They don't machine those three notches. Still waiting after I pointed out the other manufactures have the notches too.

Why not send back what you purchased, plus your original headers, so that they can improve their product going forward; they should NOT be charging you anything for this, in fact - they should be covering all shipping cost and thanking you for a sample for them to build off of..

thumbnail (57).jpgTried every way possible the Madd people are supposedly sending new ones. still waiting on them. They suggested having machined at their expense but I'm at my winter home and have no access. They need shortened quite a bit and Madd said they built them wrong because of supplier change. I can only wait as they say no refunds only customer satisfaction. They are otherwise beautiful pieces and hope for a resolution

When did you order? when did you receive them, just curious. I received my replacement exhaust headers last week but haven't tried them yet. I have to return to summer home and just don't have time to try right now. I measured the length of the 02-sensor bung and appears correct. What is your correction? Will you alter them or get them to replace?

I don't like the sounds of that. they gave me a very hard time for two weeks, wanted pictures and still argued with me. Finally after the back and forth they told me about a different vendor/supplier for those 02 sensor bungs and promised to correct. They said it would be quicker to send their pipes back but would not supply a shipping label. Then they lost my order they say. I stayed calm and after actually 9 weeks I received the replacements. Wish I had the time to try them before heading back to Michigan. Good luck with yours P.S. after getting them to admit their mistake I did the alterations and am very satisfied with them. Great sounding {not loud at all} nice and mellow plus it widens the power band. better low pulling power less shifting for me.
