Noco NLP30 battery upgrade Amazon prime

So from what I am gathering, there’s old school lithium ion batteries (probably a first generation) and there’s LiFePO4 tech lithium ion batteries now.
 
Does anyone here actually have a NOCO NLP30 battery in their R18? There are slight differences in the measurements between the stock AGM ETX30 and the NOCO NLP30. I need a new battery...
 
Mine arrives tomorrow. In the end, it was an easy decision.
Weight savings of 17 to 19 lbs
40 to 75% more cranking amps

I installed a NOCO NLP30 in my '21 R18 Classic in the fall. It fit perfectly. The hardest part was removing the old battery. My bike came with the pigtail installed from the dealer on the right side for a charger. I use a NOCO GENIUS1 charger. Strong battery. 700 Cold Cranking Amps vs stock battery 400CCA.

I've got the Optimate battery tender made for the BMW bikes that goes into the DIN port on the left side ... assume that'd still work fine with the NOCO?

is it for lithium batteries? my NOCO GENIUS 1 charger senses what type of battery and automatically charges most types, lead acid, agm, lithium, etc. check what the charger manufacturer says. I think optimate is a top brand.
 
This time around went with the Genius 1 since my old Optimate 4 Canbus does not support lithium.
Using BMWs built-in pots to tender / maintain.
Installation of the NLP30 was a piece of cake. Plenty of room.
