I just scheduled an appt at my local dealer in Reno, NV to reverse the reverse recall. So they have a fix now for the recall program and you can schedule an appt in the US.

Thank you. I will ask. I would have thought that since I did not suffer any inconvenience and they did the fix, I wouldn’t be entitled to the comp but will see.I never received the letter until i requested it at my local dealership , you are still entitled to the compensation my friend
I'm scheduled to have the reverse disconnected in about 12 days. Hopefully the fix letter will get to me soon.I just scheduled an appt at my local dealer in Reno, NV to reverse the reverse recall. So they have a fix now for the recall program and you can schedule an appt in the US.
Good news. An absolutely great dealership. They disabled mine when it was in for winter maintenance. Haven't yet heard from them about the fix but I'm patient. I won't be riding until the salt is washed off the roads.I just got off the phone with Kissell Motosports in PA. They are ordering the parts and will pick up my bike on the 20th to fix.

They had mine overnight, maybe that was why…..To be honest, the fix itself is a couple of hours but then a software update needs to be done and this can take several hours. I was told up to 18hrs but I doubt it takes that long. Having said that, they may do the update overnight so that they can work on other bikes during the day.
