I wonder is somebody using the Universal saddle bags already. Much cheaper than the original bags that are also not availableSchermafbeelding 2021-03-19 om 15.22.18.png

You can use any saddle bags you like.

Links here

I don't care if I can use them or not, but would like to know if someone other than me is already using them and if they do not damage the fenders etc

You're draping something over the rear fender. It's vibrating and shifting about. I don't know how you'd conclude that it wouldn't damage the finish.

I have used bags that have straps that go over the seat and/or fender. But it's VERY important to have some soft material between the sraps and the finish AND that there be no dirt or grit of any kind between them. Even then, I would only use them for infrequent short rides.

I found these saddle bags on holan.pl

The side bags are on it. It was not easy to get the bolts on the rear fender loose but when they were loose it was ready. Bolts out, rings back and bracket on. Then click the bag on it and lock the click fix. The bags themselves do not have a lock, I have deliberately chosen because there are inner bags and I do not use a key for the motorcycle. The bags come from a Spanish company Custom Z Spain and are fantastic and not that expensive.
