What did you do to your R18 today?

With the additional height, does it block all of the wind from hitting you?
Keeps the direct wind out of my face but there's still a lot of turbulence that comes from underneath. I've seen others have installed the fork mounted lowers from Memphis Shades with good results. May be my next step.

Added Corbin gunfighter and a few small things. For those interested, i liked the look of the Corbin gunfighter over the standard model. It slightly elevates my position but also moves me forward as well. That said, so far very comfortable compared to the stock saddle.

Swapped out my FP fishtail tips for a pair of basic round caps allowing me to re-mount my Classic panniers. I painted the “rivets” black on them as I never cared for the bedazzled look. I also added back the OEM saddle as it matches the panniers. I think I’ll probably sell off my brown Mustang Day Rider setup now.

The other day, after adjusting the rear shock spring pressure to passenger mode, I lost my right hand cover... a very expensive oopsie (150 euro+ region)....
Couldn't find it again on the highway...also not a nice location to go for walkies..

Now that will never happen againg !!
There will be notifuing noises in case of such an event happening...

Wow, that rack is huge! It looks like the rack for a HD tour pack. Correct?
Yes, it is an aftermarket design of the HD Tour Pack. My travel bag which is too tall to fit in the top case fits perfect on the rack. Down sides: 1) the rack pushes the limit of the hydraulic posts except at fully open position, 2) the inside molded top case lid needed modifications to accept interior mounting bolts. I have a 6100 mile journey starting next week so will see how the set up works in the real world.

Looks great and I like the incorporated white piping on the seat.

Very nice in my opinion. I have Rizoma bar end mirrors that are also fitted below the level of the handlebar, which I like the look of a great deal. But from a practical point of view my wrists often get in the way of the view of the mirrors, so not ideal. This set-up would appear to be better, and has the added benefit of retaining the bar end weights, which I like the look of and miss with my set-up. What mirrors did you choose?
